Microsoft Windows operating systems can sometimes prevent certain dll files from being written during an installation of Diplomat MFT components.
If you receive a message similar to "The program can't start because xxx.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem." which may be followed by "Error: loading xxx.jvm.dll", you should:
- Reboot the system running the Diplomat MFT component.
- Then, run a Repair installation of the Diplomat MFT components.
If these steps do not resolve the problem, download a copy of affected dll file attached to this article and place a copy of the file in the C:\Program Files\Coviant Software\Diplomat-j\jre\bin folder or the corresponding folder for your installation.
