"Error loading JVM.dll"
Download and install the Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable (x64) on the machine running the Diplomat product which produces this error.
We have seen this problem come up a few times in the past few months; we *think* it is related to a Windows update on specific versions of Windows Server — but have not fully identified what and when it causes us problems.
What seems to be happening is that the Visual C++ 2010 redistributable files are missing on these systems (which the Java Virtual Machine uses), causing the Java installation that we deploy with Diplomat to fail.
After that installation is finished, restart the computer if required (but hopefully it will not require a restart). Then try to start the Diplomat application again.
