You must identify a specific login account for the Diplomat MFT Service with the privileges to access the C:\ProgramData folder and any other directory you would like Diplomat to access.
- Access the Diplomat MFT Service through Services under the Windows Control Panel.
- Right-click the Diplomat MFT Service service and select Stop.
- Double-click the Diplomat MFT Service and select the Logon tab.
- Enter the login account and password.
- Once the logon account has been set up, go to the General tab. Start the Diplomat MFT Service using the button under “Service Status:”.
